2. Booking Policy
Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via our website.
Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The accepted payment methods are outlined during the booking process.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
3. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit the deposit.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not show up on the check-in date without prior notice will not be refunded.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Property Care: Guests are expected to maintain the property and its contents in good condition during their stay.
Damage: Any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay may result in additional charges.
Occupancy Limit: The apartment is designed for 6 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or the cancelation of the booking.
5. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to confirm reservations and provide services. We do not share your data with third parties.
6. Liability
Sunset View Apartment Shkodër is not responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Injuries or accidents that occur during your stay are caused by gross negligence on our part.
Delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
7. House Rules
No smoking inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon beforehand.
Please respect the neighbors and stay quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
8. Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of Albania govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shkodër.
